Prices include rental fees, utilities, bed linens and towels with weekly change, and final cleaning. Extras are not included.
- Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per day, excluding children under 12.

- Kitchenette cleaning is the responsibility of the guest, €30.00 if not cleaned.
- Pets are allowed upon request at the time of booking for €70.00 per week.
